CEL’s engineering team will review your engine testing needs, including multi-engine test capability, and optimize the physical location of the test cell. CEL’s subsequent test cell relocation and/or upgrade proposal defines the workscope, design, mechanical and electrical installations, optimization of intake, exhaust, noise attenuation, control room design, data acquisition and analysis (Real Time CELDAS200™), project schedule, startup, maintenance recommendations, follow-on support together with environmental friendliness considerations, project management and economics.
