CEL Aerospace Group , founded in 1988 by Charles Emile Lussier, is located in Longueuil, Quebec near Montreal, the heart of Canada’s aerospace industry. Mr. Lussier launched CEL with a vision to become the leader in engine test solutions for civil and military customers, leveraging his solid experience in project management and design of gas turbine test equipment at Pratt & Whitney Canada.

CEL has grown impressively to more than 110 people. CEL provides a wide range of efficient test solutions for turboprop, helicopter, small and medium turbofan engines, as well as industrial applications. Accordingly, Mr. Lussier has built a leadership team of seasoned professionals from all corners of the aerospace industry: engine manufacturers (OEMs), independent maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) providers, and operators.

Our global footprint continues to rapidly expand, with facilities and regional customer services in Europe (Poland) and the U.S.A. (Florida). We have delivered over 1,500 packages to customers in more than 25 countries, demonstrating the company’s impressive engineering capability and experience, complemented by expert knowledge sourced to strong relationships with the engine manufactures and equipment suppliers.
