J85 TURBOFAN ADDITION TO AN EXISTING TEST FACILITY

THE PROJECT

CEL Aerospace was chosen to upgrade an existing test cell to add a J85 turbofan. CEL delivered four engine test adapters designed to interface with the existing thrust frame adapter. This was accomplished all while staying as cost-effective as possible by reusing existing/refurbishing equipment.
