HOW IT ALL STARTED
CEL Aerospace Group was founded in 1988 in Montréal by Charles Emile Lussier, who had extensive experience in project management and the development of gas turbine test equipment at Pratt & Whitney Canada. His ultimate, crystal-clear vision? To become the leader in engine test solutions for civil and military clients with the level of innovation, agility, expertise, and pragmatism they deserved.

CEL’s global footprint continues to rapidly expand, with customer facilities delivered in Canada, the United States, South America, Europe, Africa, and Asia, including the Middle East. We have carried out over 1,500 projects in more than 25 countries, from complete test cells including buildings, test cell modernization, and relocation to component test benches, real-time CELDAS data acquisition, and control systems. Our team is reputed for its stellar around-the-clock support and unwavering commitment to excellence.
