ABOUT TEST CELL CALIBRATION SERVICES
With advanced notice, our intervention will be strategically planned to address any necessary repairs. CEL Aerospace will proactively recommend repairing or replacing any defective components and provide a detailed proposal for the solution. Using a comprehensive checklist, we will conduct a thorough assessment, and at the end of the service, we will issue a detailed report outlining the status of the customer's test equipment, ensuring all subsystems are thoroughly checked.
HOW DO CALIBRATION SERVICES WORK?
Calibration visits are mutually planned in advance to accommodate the MRO operations planning. CEL Aerospace will always be present to support and service your requirements. This ensures fewer downtimes and increased efficiency.
CEL Aerospace has several calibration kits that are readily available to support all our international clients from all our service offices.
These are the various calibration services we offer:
Calibration of systems and sub-components as outlined in the maintenance manual
End-to-end calibration of all DAC channels (pressure, temperature, vibration, frequency, speed and fuel flow), VIN
Torque measurement (dynamometer, torquemeter)
Calibration services in a specialized laboratory
Sensors (vibration sensors, turbine flow meter, Coriolis flow meter)
Master reference (master load cell, i.e. thrust frame, dynamometer screw jack equipped with inline load cell)
Calibration tool kit (tools used to calibrate the test cell)
MASTER ORIFICE SET CALIBRATION SERVICES
CEL Aerospace can provide standard or customized master orifices for all of your specific applications. Each year, entrust us to calibrate and certify all your existing master orifices to maintain the highest levels of accuracy and reliability prior to any flow and spray testing. We can also quickly replace damaged units with new, calibrated, and certified master orifices.
