Certification and licenses

CEL enjoys the following engine manufacturers licenses, approvals or certifications : General Electric, Pratt & Whitney (Including AeroPower ex-Hamilton Sundstrand Military APU), Honeywell Test Cell Manufacturer, Light Helicopter Turbine Engine Company (LHTEC), Microturbo, Pratt & Whitney Canada (Including Hamilton Standard Civil APU), Rolls Royce, SAFRAN (Snecma and Turbomeca). This strength has enabled CEL to produce efficient, multi-engine test equipment, compatible with an extensive range of engine brands and models for commercial, military and industrial engine overhaul shops, operating under the OEM Aftermarket structure.

CEL employs stringent processes to manage compliance with government regulations as well as industry standards that address quality:

• Government of Canada’s Controlled Goods Program (CGP): CEL holds a Controlled Goods certificate in compliance with the CGP requirements
• Quality Management System:  C.E.L. Aerospace Test Equipment Ltd. and C.E.L. Industrial Inc. are certified to the AS9100D / ISO 9001:2015
• CEL provides CE compliant products upon request
